RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Nile & Nomad purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nileandnomad.com with your order number.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items should be returned unworn, unused and with all original tags attached. You may try on an item as you would in a shop, but we reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.

Please do not return an item without first contacting us at info@nileandnomad.com.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@nileandnomad.com. Where you have a legal right to return the item because it is faulty, damaged or not as described, this policy does not limit your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery option. Additional charges for premium or expedited delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@nileandnomad.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it in accordance with the policy above.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
